  • I cannot possibly make El-Bi Two-Way Contactor Switch connection similar to other products in the switch line. Is the connection pattern different?

    Yes, our pattern of connection for the two-way contactor switch is different from our such other products included in the switch line. While phase connection with our products other than two-way contactor switches is made from the top input (from the place with a single screw), on the two-way contactor switch, you are required to make such connection from the bottom input (from the place with two screws).

    For the sake of assisting you, connection sketch of the product is specified on the yellow label affixed to the back side of the product body, as well as on the packing bag.

  • Whenever I use the products in the Illuminated Switch group with the energy saver bulbs, while the switch is off, the energy saver bulb is switching on and off very slightly, how can I solve this problem?

    It is not possible to use the illuminated switch group with any energy saver bulb group. If you use energy saver bulbs that incorporate filaments or are dimmable with the illuminated switch group, you avoid any such problem.

  • In the Thick-Card Energy Saver Switch Group , are you selling the product together with its relay?

    We have two types of energy saver switch modular products. Sales of thin card energy saver switches are made together with the units. While thick card Energy Saver Switches are supplied without relays.

  • I purchased a lighting fixture with ELC-22 sensor. Would you assist as how I shall be making the time settings of the sensor?

    On the sensor there are 2 trimmer potentiometer alignment buttons. The trimmer potentiometer with the clock sign is used for adjusting the duration of the sensor, whereas the other trimmer potentiometer for alignment of night and day times. By means of such trimmer potentiometer with the clock sign, you can adjust the duration of our sensors within the limit ranging from minimum 10 seconds up to a maximum of 3.5 minutes. We recommend that you very carefully read the instructions for use supplied with the product before attempting to install the same.
